How do I place an order?
To place an order, either place online using our secure payment area or call call us on 0844 880 1570 and one of our sales team will happily place the order for you.
Are the prices quoted inclusive of VAT?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Do you give bulk/ trade discounts?
Our prices are very competitive. However, if you are buying in bulk, please contact our designated sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your requirements. Please note that we do not provide trade discounts or any other discounts other than those given on our website.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron.

Our website uses modern encrypted server technology and our payment gateway provider is World pay ( HSBC ), which is a leading internet credit card facilitator. This means that the website is secure and that all credit and debit card transactions are safe.
What happens once I place an order?
Once you have placed an order with memoryfoammattressdirect.co.uk we will send you by e-mail an order confirmation within 2 working days.
Who delivers the products?
We have contracted with two of the uk's largest next day service providers.
Do prices include delivery charges? If no, how much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all items.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We do not deliver outside of the UK mainland.
How long will delivery take?
We will aim to deliver stock items on a next working day basis. Items that are not in stock will be delivered as soon as they arrive into our warehouse ( once a mutally agreed day has been arranged ).
Is it possible to track my order?
Once an order has been dispatched the consignment note from our courier will be sent to you via email.
Returns and Complaints
What do I do if the good(s) I have purchased is/are damaged?
If goods purchased are damaged, please e-mail our customer service team on support@Memoryfoammattressdirect.co.uk.
What is the returns policy?
Once you have received your Product(s) from memoryfoammattressdirect you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return them. If you use the product or take the product out of its vacumn packed packaging we would be unable accept the goods back.
If you decide you do not want the good(s) delivered for what ever reason you may return them back to our warehouse. providing you have not used the goods and returned them back in the original packaging and free of defects then we will happily refund your money minus any shipping costs back to our warehouse. You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse for a full refund or if you would like us to arrange a collection a minimum collection charge of £30 Will be deducted from your credit card refund.
For hygene reasons mattresses that have been slept on will not be accepted back unless faulty.
Please note this does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to a customers requirement.
