Choosing a new mattress or bed can be a stressful business. With so many different types and materials available, it can be hard to find something that fits your budget and needs. That’s where memory foam comes in.

Unlike standard foams and mattresses, memory foam mattresses literally mould to your needs and body shape. While normal mattresses compress, memory foam changes shape when pressure is applied (i.e. when you lay down) and the cells inside distribute the resulting air pressure so that it doesn’t want to ‘spring’ back to its original shape.
